Interesting and science based.

This is a great podcast, and I’m sad to see it end, but the last 280some episodes have been educating and entertaining me on weekly basis. Keep killing it in life. Looking forward to a continuation in the future and an expanded context.

Amazing podcast I’ve learned so much listening through the episodes. Any specific questions I have had regarding health or nutrition I normally start my research looking up the most relevant strength and scotch podcast I believe that my health has improved thanks to this podcast and I am very sad to see it come to an “end” but I’m more excited for you guys to have some more free time. Excited to see what comes next!

Always enjoy the podcast. I enjoy listening to Grant and Heavey talk about whatever the topic is, whether it is health/fitness, scotch, or BBQ... I feel like they would be fun to hang out with and I can really relate. Thanks for making me laugh while giving good information!
