I ABSOLUTELY love this meditation! Ashley is wonderful! As a beginner meditator, I find this podcast so calming and easy to mediate with. I really also love that if I feel that I need to mediate on a particular subject, I can scroll through her podcast and find one I can relate most closely to. I am definitely recommending this to my friends and family in search of mediations.
