Class Action is certified against Seattle Children’s Hospital for fungus exposures
In this episode of the Stritmatter Law Firm podcast, Karen Koehler and Andrew Ackley discuss the newly certified class action against Seattle Children’s Hospital for exposing high-risk patients to Aspergillus fungus in 2019. The class is joined with the mass tort case brought by the Stritmatter and Layman Law Firm for Aspergillus fungus problems dating back to the 1990s.
Judge Jim Rogers of King County Superior Court certified the class action for liability purposes on the question of whether Seattle Children’s breached a duty owed to its child patients. The types and amounts of damages available to each class member will later be determined in a separate proceeding.

Evil slumlord podcast
Karen Koehler a slumlord who thinks her tenants should pay rent when she refuses to repair necessary fixtures. I wouldn't trust her to park my car, much less handle a legal case.
