Truly GREAT info for health and wellness!

As a functionally trained registered dietitian, I appreciate everything Dr. Harris has to share. His podcasts are filled with his deep knowledge of traditional medicine, and made golden by his integration of natural and ancestral ways to nourish and care for our bodies. Where conventional medicine exists to treat existing disease, Dr. Harris seeks to help his audience foster health from within to prevent illness. That's true health care!
