The FIND Design mission is to mitigate the effects of systemic and personal trauma on Black girls, and other girls of color ages 11-17, by providing safe spaces for healing, long-term mentorships, and programming that transform their mental health and overall well-being.

Sonya is the Executive Director of Nashville Propel, an organization which is demanding better schools. They organize and develop powerful parent leaders to ignite a movement that demands equitable education policies and practices in Nashville public education.
