This program is 12-weeks long, taught by highly qualified women (one of them being one of our very own members, Lindsey Hedlund!), and blends the two martial arts that are widely accepted as the most effective for self-defense: BJJ and Krav Maga. And most importantly - it is a way to feel CONFIDENT and EMPOWERED so you can always defend yourself.
This is going to be awesome AND IT STARTS AUGUST 7TH!
No experience required and all fitness levels welcome!
