First, I would like to say that it takes incredible courage to openly discuss the challenges of maintaining mental health. This is needed and is a great resource for young adults and adults alike. There are so many folks in all facets and walks of life suffering in silence. This is a great resource to help build awareness, connection and healing. Congrats on the launch.
