Customer Reviews
Cleveland Clinic Employee
Hello! I love your podcast! I am trying to further my career at Cleveland clinic especially in the patient experience aspect of it. I just recently received a leadership role on a patient experience committee. I am very excited and I think your podcast will definitely help me with my new leadership role.
Easily relatable
I am Cleveland Clinic caregiver. What I like about this podcast is it something you can relate to it personally and professionally. This podcast really allows you to take a step back and analyze those two things to see if they are really aligned with being a kind and empathetic person. The Chaplin’s story brought me to tears and I appreciate her being vulnerable with us. For future podcast I would love to hear from the perspectives from our Evs workers, hucs , nurses etc.! Excited for future episodes.
