Ok

I wrote a previous review and am editing it. The first one or two episodes had Great cueing but the flow just seemed to slow down way too much in the middle and I lost all energy, however, I tried episode 9 and loved it. I don't have access to yoga studios so have practiced with podcasts and videos for the last 12 years and am so excited to find another podcast for yoga.

Hard to follow

I think these might be great classes in person but over a podcast they are hard to follow, even as an advanced practitioner. More detailed instructions (and better sound quality) would go a long way, particularly when it’s not clear from the name of the pose « kundalini twist » or « your inversion » what is being cued.

Frustrating

It was difficult to hear instructor and hard to follow. Not detailed instruction if newer to yoga.
