Very interesting.....

Who knew?? I found these podcasts to be very interesting and informative. It's refreshing to know that there are people out there who care enough to inform us of interesting facts that fuel our brains rather than the typical trash that floods us daily. Does anybody really care which celebrity went into rehab this week? This makes for much more interesting conversation around the "water cooler". Not to mention that it makes you sound smart :) Keep up the good work!

Wonderful

I just discovered this while needing new content while I'm working. I love the great blend of information with the banter between the hosts.

Overly Political Recently

I’ve listened to this great podcast for many years, had a lot of fun, learned a lot of things, and grown to think of Josh and Chuck as trustworthy friends-who-don’t-know-me. This isn’t just a podcast you turn on in the background, it’s something you sink your brain into!

Sadly, within the last 2 years or so Josh and Chuck have ramped up the inclusion of politics in the show to the point where almost every episode includes overt political editorials and diatribes, sometimes even basing entire shows on biased, false or anecdotal political information. I don’t consider myself political at all, yet I find myself exclaiming in opposition when they cite outlandish information from the likes of SPLC, ADL, Greenpeace and similar heavily biased organizations as though they are immutable fact.

I used to look forward to every show, especially subjects I had never heard of before! Now when I fire up an episode the odds are better than half I’ll turn an episode off before finishing it.

I feel as heartbroken as I was when my teenage daughter went through a phase thinking hanging out with dad was not cool. I look forward to the time when Josh and Chuck get past this phase too.

Thanks guys for many years of entertainment, I hope to get back on board again soon!
