Stupid Brilliance was born from some of our many life changing conversations on my couch, where we decided we needed a platform to share our thoughts with the world on a multitude of topics. The root word of stupid comes from the Latin verb stupere which means astonished or amazed. We constantly use brilliant as an adjective, so it seemed like the perfect marriage to explain what we are doing here. So, what does stupid brilliance mean? Simply, its cultivating your intuition and discovering what you already know. As humans, we are absolutely precious about denying what our gut is telling us or not going in the direction we are supposed to be for growth and change. By finding your purpose and direction, you will be happier and healthier and why this wasn’t taught in school. Tune in every week on our blog and podcast for tips and tricks on living your best life. And don’t forget that we have a where we answer listeners questions about anything we are talking about. You can ask your burning question by emailing hello@stupidbrilliance.com
