emma prefers to share her thoughts with a microphone rather than a physical human being, so thank god she has a podcast. recorded from the comfort of her bed...and some other fun places, emma talks at length about whatever is on her mind every week. anything really does go on this podcast. sometimes philosophy, sometimes a random story from 10 years ago, sometimes advice, sometimes fun interviews, and sometimes nothing at all. you never know what you are going to get, but that’s what keeps it interesting. new episodes every thursday and sunday, video available only on spotify.

imposter syndrome, a talk with emma
i've talked a lot publicly about my imposter syndrome because it's something that i've struggled with since i was a teenager. but i had sort of an epiphany recently that imposter syndrome isn't really a relevant struggle for me in my life anymore. it's definitely still a challenge, but it's just not as big of a deal as it used to be for me. and i think i figured out how i overcame it. so that's what i wanna discuss today - how i fixed my imposter syndrome.

vaping and the female orgasm, a talk with wendy zukerman
[video available on spotify] you know what i'm a victim of? misinformation on the internet. a headline from a non-reputable source that says turmeric will cure your depression, i'm clicking. there's a whole lot of hearsay on the internet and none of us are safe from it. so today i have a treat for all of us - wendy zukerman, host of the hit podcast science vs - a show that takes a topic and lays all the science out on the table. today, we're going to answer some science questions that i have because wendy's like a walking scientific journal. so sit back, relax, and enjoy miss wendy.

Constant Panic
Hi Emma, I’m a big fan and fellow person with anxiety. I related almost word for word to your episode titled “Constant Panic”. I don’t usually write reviews or anything but I wanted to share something that has improved my anxiety probably 80%. And it’s probably not something that would be easy, and maybe it only makes a difference for me, but cutting out (or significantly decreasing the intake of) caffeine has changed my life. My anxiety and general well being has improved drastically. I know you own a coffee company and I know how much you love your coffee/matcha, but it’s worth seeing what a reduction or taking a break can do. My friend who was a caffeine queen also had to recently stop drinking coffee because she was getting “caffeine induced dissociation”, which sounds kind of like what you were describing. I’m no doctor and maybe it wouldn’t help you at all. But if it does help then that’s great! I love your podcast and how down to earth you are. You really remind me of me and it’s comforting. Thank you!!!
Love Emma and her podcasts, but
Love this podcast, but I’ve noticed that I started skipping episodes with guests, because I feel like nowadays everyone wants to teach you something, speak about social problems. This podcast was my safe space from all this overwhelming staff. I could just listen to Emma and feel like I’m listening my friends’ stories.
amazing👏👏
so relaxing and inspiring🫶tysm emma!
