The "umms" are driving me crazy

Dear Alex and Taylor, What a wonderful subject you have chosen. Please understand I'm not trying to be a jerk, I'd love to see your podcast get better and better. That said, nearly every other word from Alex is an "umm." This is nothing more than a consciousness issue. If you allow a space instead of the dreaded "ummm" you'll have time to gather your thoughts. Your communication will go to another level without "umm." It's why Toastmasters has an "umm" counter to help speakers get rid of this bad habit. Keep Going, I love the show.
