Today I have the privilege to introduce to you a successful woman and someone whom I call a friend now, Dr. Deirdre Avant. She is the CEO of Professional Administrative Services LLC. Which she originally started as a virtual assistant to help small business owners with administrative tasks for free. However, through the years, it has since grown into a successful company.

Her company is now an independent contracting firm providing administrative, creative, and technical services to assist clients in their perspective areas of expertise. Today I have the pleasure of talking to Carol Froehlich-Hull. She is a certified NLP practitioner with Senior Leader status with Tony Robbins for the last 17 years. She is a transformational clarity coach that gets results and helps people get unstuck so they can live their dreams and purpose. She is also a trained opera singer as well as an accomplished performer having sung and spoken on many stages all over the world. She’s been a single mom for 21 years and credits her experiences of being a thriver from many life experiences she has pivoted and Carol is now dedicating her life to help women and men live a life full of energy, power and clarity, so they can make an even bigger impact.

Today I had an opportunity to have a discussion with Erica Warren, Best-Selling author of three women's inspirational books. She is also passionate about helping women to speak their truth and heal from their past. Her motto is “I will be the person that I needed when I was younger”. She is using that purpose as a life coach for women. She helps women in the areas of self love, life purpose, dating and recovering from a break up or divorce. She is also the creator and host of her own podcast called Dope Discussions with Erica.
