Jonathan and Amber interview

These two podcasts where Amber told her story from swimming to cycling were by far the best I have ever listened to. I was enthralled with her story and as someone who suffers from depression, listening to an athlete of her caliber talk openly about their depression was enlightening. Great interview and great story.

Contribution and synergy

The training app is awesome. The podcast is informative, factual, entertaining, educational. Both together inform each other. Such a brilliant combination. Whether you’re training for something or nothing, the crew at TR provide such a tremendous amount of value.

The podcast as a stand-alone is great too and touches a manifold of topics and subjects w an eye on all things training, mental, psychological, physical, technique, etc.
