A brilliant deep dive into video game music

Will and Karl are excellent hosts with a wealth both video game and music knowledge, and are able to combine the two into an engaging, fun, and bopping podcast that always is enjoyable and a blast to listen to! Their range of songs they bring to the table is also truly impressive.

My happy place

The Marcato Bros. podcast is my happy place. I listen when traveling, cleaning or working out and they never let me down. Found a lot of new great music and reconfirmed why I love certain composers thanks to this podcast. You don’t have to know music theory, but even as an experienced musician, I have learned a lot from Marcato and friends

Thanks a lot for all the amazing hours of content. Looking forward to a lot more.

Great variety from a great VGM podcast

These brothers bring variety in VGM to keep the podcast interesting. From commentary on great music to chip tunes, great interviews, some non commentary episodes (just great music), listener suggestions and their own stuff including their composed music and recordings of their panels at multiple events.

Started listening from episode 1 at the beginning of the summer and almost caught up. It is weird hearing what is mentioned as current since they have been around so long. Gonna miss binge listening when I get caught up.

I did enjoy Marty’s corner but haven’t heard it in a while. I also like the conversation flow when the three brothers are together. Marty needs more appearances!
