What a gift!!

I would always zone out during podcasts - even interesting ones - so I thought podcasts were just not for me. Super Power U completely fixed that problem! The conversations and speakers that Lisa brings to us are so engaging, mind-opening, inspiring, and healing. I especially love the discussions about artful aging and parenting, despite being young and childless. They contain wisdom and truths about living life at every age and situation, help me understand my own upbringing and how it has affected me, and make me feel more prepared than ever to live the entire rest of my life beautifully and vibrantly, with meaning and purpose. Everybody could learn some much from the topics discussed as they archetypically transcend individual human experiences. I have listened to every single episode (save one of the intermittent fasting ones) and am so happy each week when new installments come out!
