Great Superman podcast!

Fantastic job, guys. I love this podcast and it's format. If you are a fan of the Christopher Reeve Superman films, give this a listen. The hosts really keep things engaging and moving along and treat the source matrial with great love and respect, while still taking some good jabs and things that need jabbing! And their pretty funny as well. Can't wait for the next one! (cue the music)

Two Great Movies, One Super Podcast!

As a life long Fan of the Superman movies I was very interested to hear of this podcast. I started just as coverage began on Superman II so i'm going back between episodes to listen to the coverage on Superman The Movie. Both films were very big parts of my growing up as I watched Superman in the theaters at 7 years old and the next day, ran around my house with my red windbreaker tied around my neck as a makeshift cape and my arms thrust forward....Too bad I could only do this for one or two laps before the Cold Connecticut Winter reminded me that I was unseasonably dressed for such antics. With Superman II I was much more fortunate that it was a summer movie. All these years later i still get a kick out of watching these films. Although, to be honest, Superman II has become something of a nitpicking party for me. Part of it has to do with the fact that my mindset towards Superman is solidly in the post-byrne reboot era, the other being that the conflicting versions have inspired me to post various comments....welll, nitpicking the questionable logic or actions of the characters. I'm sure you'll agree though that there's no disrespect or shame in having some good natured fun picking apart such long respected films. In my own view, if I didn't like a movie, i wouldn't still be talking about it forty years later. Thanks for providing all of us nitpickers with so much great material to discuss and debate.
