"Sure, After Mommy Finishes Her Set!"- Tips on Working Out With Kids Healthy Catholic Moms

If you're a stay-at-home mom, MANY times your workout is just not going to get done if you don't do it with your kids around... That can be really discouraging or frustrating if you have no idea how to get a GOOD, EFFECTIVE workout in- with your kids!

So let's talk about ways to make it more enjoyable, more seamless, and also how to bring them into it and include them. I'm talking about how I personally do it with littler kids, but also how to bring older kids into it/inspire older kids to get active. As with everything, what our kids SEE us doing is going to have much more lasting impact than what we "tell" them to do.
