Hard to imagine it has been almost forty five years since Suzanne first played Chrissy Snow on Three’s Company, a show which is still as beloved today by the current gen as when it first premiered. A man pretending to be gay to live with two women in order to share the rent, Jack Tripper, Three’s Company was ahead of its time in even mentioning “gay” on a Prime Time ABC show and showing a straight man comfortable enough in his sexuality to show his “nontraditional” sensitive side making “gay” ok. Suzanne, a trailblazer, left her iconic Chrissy Snow role after five seasons demanding the equal pay of her male colleagues, a topic at the forefront of discussion in Hollywood over the past few years.
