Swadhin Jitti, known to her friends as Swey, was born in Manchester, England. She escaped a domestically violent household where she suffered physical and psychological abuse and ranaway to attend Pembroke College, Cambridge. Given her experiences, she studied Psychology and has devoted her life to adolescent mental health. Post-graduation, she relocated to Dubai. She initially focused on child mental health, but has now launched her own practice where she focuses on adolescents and their parents. She also has become a Communications and Mindset Coach. In addition to her mental health and coaching practices, she has launched a digital agency with her husband and she is working on a book called "Hues of Her". She also hosts a podcast called "Polite but Savage".
