Absolutely Awesome for new and old Swamp Thing fans alike!

Just started a reread of the series (Alan Moore era) and this show has made it an even greater joy to experience. I love it. I always want to talk to someone about Swamp Thing and this is like having a great discussion with your friends about it. Excellent deep dive into the series.

For all Comics Fans

If you like comics at all but know nothing about Swamp Thing, this is for you. If you know all there is to know about Swamp Thing, this is for you. If you know nothing about any comics, but are just a fan of good storytelling, this is for you. I haven’t read comics in many years, but I remember this run and still treasure it. It was revolutionary and reset the template for the character. This is my first podcast with Robert Reineke (I have heard him as a guest on other podcasts) and I’ll listen to anything with John Bierly. The format is unique and told through the lens of a long time fan of this run, and someone completely new to it. These two are great because of that dichotomy, and the atmospheric readings of the text help as well.

Seriously.. just listen and read each comic along with each episode. You won’t regret it. So well done guys. Cheers.
