I enjoyed so much listening to each episode. So excited that a new episode just came out.

a rare wise and fun podcast

It's super rare that I stumble upon a podcast that I listen to in its entirety. Sweet and Sour FM was my go-to for entertainment and insights. The Hella Asian parts definitely resonated with me, but there were moments during each show that made me go, "YASSSS!!" Can't wait for the next season - keep up the great work, ladies!

So far so good!

I’m only on the third episode of the first season and so far I’m really enjoying this podcast. As a first-gen Ghanaian immigrant I’m relishing at some of the cultural similarities of my own household compared to Katie + Nicole’s. For example, my dad is also guilty of making my sister and I wash and freeze ziplock bags to be reused😅. Excited to discover more similarities and differences as I continue to listen!

The main reason why I am commenting and the only reason for the 4 stars (as opposed to the 5 stars) is related to the production of the show. I’m not a sound technician so forgive me if I don’t make sense, but I’ve found it unpleasant to physically listen to these first couple of episodes, specifically because of how some segments are incredibly quiet and then some are much louder than the others. If there is a way that this can be resolved, I think it will make for a much more delightful and expansive listening experience as I’d be able to listen while with headphones biking or on a speaker while showering without having to worry about regulating the volume every five minutes. Thanks!
