So much negativity

I started listening to this podcast during the lover era, and back then I went and listened to all of their previous eps and been listening ever since! I used to really enjoy this podcast, but honesty lately it’s just been hard to get through these episodes. They are open about not really liking evermore, which is totally fine, and I’m glad they don’t shy away from being critical! However, they are still going through all of the songs from the album one by one, as well as a few stragglers from lover and folklore that they also don’t really love, so every week just feels so negative. I wish they wouldn’t force it by covering each song, or switch it up with some other episodes! Like back during their rep era episodes, they did take some breaks from rep songs and cover other songs here and there or talk about a theme and not a specific song. I think they also did this during lover as well?Again, I’m glad that they are open about their feelings about songs, and I wouldn’t change that, I just wish it wasn’t episode after episode of negativity, even on the episodes for songs they like they complain about the songs they have left! If it’s not working to go one by one anymore then try something new!
