Great way to understand music you may have missed

Awesome music explainer for untangling genres, influences, and musical history. Country at a crossroad episode is a great example.

Informative and Fun!

I grew up in a household that never listened to music so, as an adult, I know I enjoy songs but this podcast helps me understand what attracts me to them. I’ve also learned some history of music and well as about the music industry. Since this podcast is aimed at someone with more music knowledge than me, I do some googling to help explain terms I don’t know or explore something more fully. It feels like a great college course where I don’t have to worry about my grade and can just enjoy learning (and no one knows that I’m tone deaf). Both hosts are incredible and I’ve been very impressed with their interviews. I also love that they consider how music and culture are interwoven.
