I thought Mike had re narrated these episodes. I tried deleting and redownloading. Am I doing something wrong?

Bummer

Hey there! I love the podcast! I love everything about it in fact and so followed the Instagram account too. There was something going on about people emailing ideas for the podcast or something that was annoying whoever runs the page so they posted I think 5-6 times in the last hour. Anyway I left a comment that it was too much and the trolls descended upon me including the host of sword and scale. I got called stupid and was told to unfollow the page haha! It seemed like a total overreaction and super unprofessional. If people follow your social and you blown up there feed with non stop posts and they tell you it’s obnoxious it’s not a personal attack. I’m really bothered by the way I was treated and I unsubscribed by my sword and scale plus and the podcast. It doesn’t hold the same appeal for me anymore after the host was so rude. I know it doesn’t matter but I just thought I’d put it out there. Good luck!

No content; mostly filler

I was expecting so much more from such a well-renowned podcast. The narrator can be a bit insensitive when commenting on aspects of cases, and the sound effects get so frickin annoying; the over-dramatization of the sound effects, linked with ominous and vague statements, makes it all feel insincere. Also, the lack of information in this podcast is ASTOUNDING. You get barely any information on the actual case, and the information that is given isn’t detailed enough for one to even form an opinion themselves, relying mostly on news broadcasts rather than police reports. I was hoping for something more informative and less speculative. If you actually want to hear detailed facts of true crime cases, you’d be MUCH better off listening to court junkie.
