In Ephesians 6, Paul lists the Word of God as our only weapon in his famous list of spiritual armor. With it, we are able to repel the forces of darkness with the light of the Truth. But the way in which we wield this weapon also matters. We must have the compassion of a shepherd, as we seek to cut through every idea that sets itself up in opposition to God. On Sword & Staff, Drew and Joshua seek to help believers do just that. We discuss a variety of topics related to the Bible, theology, and worldview and also hosts a number of special guests to join the conversation.

Godly principles and truth

A warm, open and honest podcast. Thank you for staying biblically sound, even when goes against mainstream. I first tuned in on the episode about Halloween and I can’t wait to hear more. If anyone is looking for a Biblically based podcast that is not afraid to dive in on tough subjects and hold them up to the light and truth of God’s Word, this podcast is for you.

Biblical principles for everyday life

I love listening to this show and hearing how we can apply the Bible to everyday life. Each episode has specific suggestions for resources to use to grow in your faith and there are often real-life examples and strategies to help you recognize false doctrines.

Awesome

Love hearing our staff have the same “hallway” conversations we have with our Christian brothers and sisters. Addressing the troubles of the times, our flawed focuses, and having fun in the process keeping it light and full of truth.
