TGT 330: AI
In this week's episode of the podcast, Chris takes on the challenge of convincing the group that AI is a positive force in our lives and won't lead to a catastrophic takeover of the world. Join us as we explore this thought-provoking topic and see if Chris can successfully make his case. While the outcome may be uncertain, we can rest assured that our AI overlords will be watching and may even give Chris some recognition for his valiant effort. Don't miss this intriguing discussion on the intersection of AI and gaming.

TGT 329: Disposable Time
This week Chris and Fletcher discuss this last weekend when all three hosts were in the same place. Then they talk about how we should spend our free time. Is there a "should" way??

TGT 328: MMORPGs
This week Chris has decided that we should step back from the table and move to the couch/computer where we'll play some online role playing games. We cover some history of the games as well as the history of the hosts with these games. There is even an attempt to relate MMORPGs with tabletop games.

TGT 327: Old Games We Still Play (fixed)
This week we follow up on last weeks conversation and talk about the OLD games we still play. Old being more than 20 of course. Because that's old for a board game.

TGT 326: Why We Tire of Games
This week we talk about why games we once loved, we no longer play, nor even have interest in playing again. This happens to most all games for most all people. (yes most all) And you don't have to be cult of the new to experience this phenomenon. So we drill into why. After we deal with our discord issues...

TGT 325: Is Gamifying Life bad?
This week Chris and Kitty recap their TGT Con 2 and then (eventually) talk about how gamifying real life can backfire. This conversation is based on the Rule Breaker Investing podcast and a conversation with a philosophy professor C. Thi Nguyen. If you want to listen to that podcast you can find it here: https://www.fool.com/podcasts/rule-breaker-investing/2023-02-15-from-twister-to-twitter-games-and-c

Customer Reviews
A Boardgame Podcast to Listen To
Excellent boardgame podcast that isn’t a typical boardgame review podcast. Discussion of boardgame related topics is the Tabletop Game Talk’s focus, not boardgame reviews. Chris, Kitty, and Fletcher (and occasionally Josh) have great chemistry and present a nice diversity of boardgaming perspectives and playing tastes from very casual and lighter games through to heavier games and more hardcore gaming. With over 200 podcast episodes published their commitment to the podcast and their listeners is impressive as they have released a podcast episode every week except for the ever so rare missed Tuesday and they are still producing podcasts discussing interesting topics and clearly having fun doing it. If you are looking for a family friendly boardgame podcast that isn’t another game review podcast, give Tabletop Game Talk a listen.
Great Podcast
Great banter. Interesting subjects. Fun to listen to.
The people and their games
Podcasts sink or swim based on the hosts’ personalities. TGT succeeds marvelously in this department.
They range from the more casual to the obsessed and offer both wonderfully contrasting opinions and enjoyable banter.
They’ve been on my “The Best” playlist for years.
