TGT 178 On Topic: Getting Rid of Rulebooks

This week we add on to our episode 177/40 discussion (talking about rulebooks) and talk about what it would be to get rid of the rulebook.  We take different sides on this one right down to whether we should even consider getting rid of rulebooks at all.  And if we did what it should and … Continue reading TGT 178 On Topic: Getting Rid of Rulebooks →

TGT 177 On Topic: Rulebooks (ep 40 rerun)

TGT 177 On Topic: Rulebooks (ep 40 rerun)

This week we wanted to talk about getting rid of rulebooks.  But Kitty is too sick to record, so instead of recording without her, this is a rerun of episode 40 where we talk about what we like and don’t like about rulebooks.  It’s been edited to remove time sensitive content (what we referred to … Continue reading TGT 177 On Topic: Rulebooks (ep 40 rerun) →

Last week we looked back, this week we look forward.  We talk about a few games we’re looking to play in 2020, we talk about some cons we may or may not go to.  Kitty makes an announcement.  And we go on a whole lot of tangents.  Happy New Year! If you want to read … Continue reading TGT 175 On Topic: Looking Forward to 2020 →

Best board game talk podcast

Kitty is my favorite female perspective in table top gaming. She is always insightful and can disagree with tact. Chris is great at running the show and letting it off topic at times just enough to be fun. Fletcher makes good points, I just wish he would jump in more so we could get to know him a little better.

One of the BEST!

A fantastic and approachable board game podcast. One of the first game podcast I started with. The hosts knowledge and passion really shine through. I love the variety of topics and each topic is presented in a way that is easy to understand. Chris also does a really good job supporting other podcast and individuals in the industry. One of the best podcast in the industry and a great place to start.

Good find

Tried to find a good podcast to listen to about tabletop games. Found a lot that just talked about specific games and reviewed them, then found this one. Love the topics they cover here, glad I came across it.
