Liturgical Living
Since Easter lasts for 8 days, even those who refrain from meat on Fridays outside the Lenten season can still partake in red meat this Friday, because it’s still Easter!

Customer Reviews
Entertaining, Educational, and Uplifting
What more could you want in a podcast than entertainment, education, and uplifting content? Well done, Guine!!! Can’t wait to hear more!
Gregorian chant for the absolute beginner
This podcast has been a breath of fresh air. Short and sweet, smart and passionate (or as the host would say, “nerdy”), spiritual and eclectic. It’s amazing how much Gwen is able to pack into 20 minutes without things seeming rushed or choppy. Brava!
Listen you will love it!
“Take a Chants on Me” is my new favorite podcast. It has taught me so much about chant and Guine’s speaking voice is as beautiful as her singing voice! Chant and this podcast has helped to bring me some serious peace when things are hectic in the world around me.
