Leh and Reid interview Len Silverman, the International Franchise Association’s 2017 Franchisee of the Year award winner. He owns multiple Huntington Learning Center Franchise locations. Len discusses multiple aspects of his business journey, including how it started and later evolved into something much greater than himself. He also shares how his trust in the system and investment into one manager turned an under performing location into a top performer in his organization.
