Welcome back everyone to talking a bunch of hoopla!! After some much needed time i am back with podcast episodes. Very excited. This episode was more serious than previous ones but i felt somethings needed to be said. Cam Newton is a patriot and then they were fined 1.1 million, lost a 3rd round draft pick and more. I discuss the BLM movement and its involvement in sports and the future of players speaking out now. Ending the episode with some mental health talk and just somethings ive been through to hopefully help someone feel less alone.

If you didn't listen to the last episode posted essentially i was dealing with some mental health issues that needed to be addressed. Thankfully with the support of my family and friends i was able to get the proper help with it and feel a hell of a lot better this time around and for the first time in a long time. I am excited for new episodes to come out and this podcast will be better and more enjoyable for everyone.
