    13. Developing a Healthy Relationship with Pain

When painful situations arise, we tend to resist what we feel because it's uncomfortable, but the more we resist, the more that pain will persist. In this episode, I talk about my process with dealing with pain and yes, it gets messy, but it always gets better.

Because I feel like being playful:
Me: Hey Siri, please play "Thank U, Next" by Ariana Grande
Me, singing: How she handles painnnn, that sh*t's amazinggg~
