Want to Listen More!!

Dr. Sara told me about her podcast and I chose the “All About Grass Fed Beef” episode and it was interesting to listen to! I am very interested in local produce from your farmers market and all about supporting local businesses so this episode particularly caught my eye. Learning about how their guests farm works, about food labels, etc. was just a lovely morning listen with my coffee getting ready for work. She also gives advice on how to get some quality grass fed meat delivered to your door :)
