Tania is a real estate investor, broker, property manager, and author. She came to the US at the age of 20, after 2 years of college in Taiwan, to study English literature at the University of Texas. While early in her Ph.D. program at UC San Diego, she discovered her passion for financial freedom after taking a few investment courses. She dropped out of her Ph.D. program to pursue a real estate career and invest in multifamily properties in the Greater Boston area. She quickly became the top-selling agent at her firm and started her own property management company to manage her and her clients’ properties. Within four years of entering real estate, she had accumulated 5 million worth of real estate. Her first book, half memoir, half historical fiction based on her experiences from Asia to America, will be published in spring 2020.

An avid traveler and has lived in Taiwan, California, Texas, and Massachusetts, she has an international perspective on the Greater Boston Real Estate Market. Tania is an active member of the Top Broker Network, National Association of Realtors, and the Asian Real Estate Association of America. She is also the President of the Taiwan Youth Chamber of Commerce in New England, an organization committed to providing entrepreneurship education and networking for young professionals. Her real estate team has a large network of contractors, stagers, photographers, and mortgage brokers. Her online real estate platforms have 10,000+ followers.
