Apart from developing staged by tara from scratch to a fulltime business post pandemic wasn’t an easy task but hardwork paysoff that is her saying. Even after a massive change in Tara’s field of business which was moving from Sports and Toursim business to Real estate was a challenge itself. Both Bryon and Tara chat about how Calgary went through different economic phases, 2013 being a vibrant time and a booming economy which faded from 2015 all the way to 2021 hitting its lowest point during pandemic but 2022 seems like the clouds have gone and the economy is again back on its track like a boom bust. People have been buying and selling more properties ever since pandemic situation got better even without actually visiting the property. Summing up with why Calgary is an amazing place to buy properties or invest because of the great opportunities the place provides in various sectors, with plenty of dynamic, motivated and like being minded people around makes it worth considering.
