Great Introduction

I think the speaker does a fine job introducing estate planning and taxation. I hope that he takes the time to create more episodes.

Heres my experience with this attorney.I found out after my Father passed away that Barry made 2 Irrevocable Trusts with My Dads bitter girlfriend 6 days before my father passed away. The trusts put 80% of his assests into them and out of my(his sons) hands. Barry claimed my father was in a good mental state but here is an example of his state(See Pictures). My father couyldnt tell the time on a clock in his nursing home most of the time, and completely forgot where he was born. He was not in the right state of mind to sign away this type of money but he drew up the trust documents and executed this anyway. Barry made his Will and other Estate docmunets 10 years ago for him. It was expected Barry would handle and be the Estate Attorney after he passed. After he executed the trust and my Dad passed away, Barry informed me he could not be my attorney because he only handles Estates over 1 million dollars.Since the trusts took most of the money away from The Estate,I was of no more importance to Barry. Please look elsewhere for an Attorney to represent you and your families needs and best interests. Barry only cares about making money off of you. This was not supposed to happen and he royally screwed me while he was able to make money off of it.
