Listen to Episode 77: Lobster Dance, Everyday Miracles, #worthy

Oh, the people we know who are challenging to be around! They seem to always introduce a bit of strain and pain into the interaction and this leaves us anticipating it and trying to protect ourselves from it happening again. I talk about the deeper perspective on what we might be bringing to the situation too and talk about healing this issue. Our inspiration comes from A Course in Miracles and Robert Holden. Our letter comes from a friend who's written to ask about how to feel worthy and deserving.

Episode 76: Expanding Beyond, A Great Wagon, #livingontheedge

On expanding beyond what you've been clinging to and allowing yourself a greater love to flow in your heart. I share about the meaning of Valentine's day for me and tell some stories about my own life. This week's inspiration is a poem from Rumi you might have heard a line or two from. Our letter comes from a friend who's written to ask for some support getting off the edge she's teetering on. Come grab a cuppa yum yum and meet me here.

Episode 75: Celebrating Enthusiasm, Abundance Book, #gratefulheart

It's okay to be an enthusiastic person even though this energy is not always welcome in the world. It's so necessary for us to allow it to flow... this is the energy that connects us to our highest light and is a natural reminder that we are worthy and welcome in the world. This week's inspiration is a practice. Our letter comes from a friend who's felt some energy about going back to old habits and her take on finding gratitude for all the good coming from this. Come grab a cuppa yum yum and meet me here.

    Episode 74: Tiny Sliver, I Am Not I, #findingthelight

I'm discussing the old familiar story we tell about ourselves and how oftentimes the real shift we're seeking is to decide to set the story down. There comes a time where we see that we need to access the assistance of a higher source and release the pattern of attempting to do everything for ourselves. Are we open and willing to receive support? This week's inspiration is a poem from Juan Ramon Jimenez and our letter comes from a friend who's wondering how to practice receiving the light.

Episode 73: Reaction Distraction, Doing Things Differently, #otherpeoplesproblems

Reaction distraction. When we react (or overreact) to something or someone else and end up being distracted by the upset, sometimes for days. Here's how to change how we react to things. This week's inspiration offers tangible tips on how to handle situations differently, how to stop needing to "overcome" our problems and be free. Our letter comes from a friend who's bothered by a coworker's behavior and wonders how she can resolve the situation. Come grab a cuppa yum yum and meet me here.

    Episode 72: Expansion and Contraction

This week, on Tea with Robin, I'm talking about the journey of experiencing something bigger in your life -- whether it's living for a month in Italy, or launching your new big thing, or the experience of trauma or the death of a loved one -- and how we pivot back into the new normal of our lives afterward. This is the process of expansion and contraction. Come grab a cuppa yum yum and meet me here.

Joyful and Always What I Need to Hear

Robin is so joyful and wonderful. This podcast is always what I need to hear that week and delivered in the lovely package that is Robin. Who, by being her own unique intuitive self, helps me to do the same. I just love this podcast and I always walk away with a warmer and more open heart.

Like one warm hug after another!

Robin is an amazing healer (I have worked with her virtually for many years). She is the perfect mix of spirit and human and guides each of us to walk what can sometimes be an awkward straddle with grace and humor. I look forward to each and every podcast and never finish one without an important reminder that I am always loved exactly as I am!
