Curious

I have been listening to this podcast for a couple days now and it’s very good. Great info and pointers. But I’m curious about getting paid under the table what are the pros and cons on that ?

Great information but...

I have enjoied this podcast, the conversations, and the ideas explored for the ''average joe'' are all good. But I cannot believe that you all are telling people NOT to discuss their personal salaries with their employeers. By supressing this discussion within orginazations, you tilt the pay negotiation discussion (that you're coaching people on how to do) in the favor of the employeer. Information Assemetry. This can also hide issues like income inequality between race, gender, sexual preferences, etc. The message here should be to push our workforce forward in a positive direction. We need more transparency with pay, not more secrets. Like all change, it's uncomfortable at first, but it's the right thing to do.
