TOPICS
Win, lose, or pivot. How our business decisions impact more than the bottom line. With such uncertain times, how can practices plan for the unknown?   Opportunities that we’re missing right now. How morale impacts the profitability of a business. How are business owners doing right now? Personally, professionally, with difficult decisions? 5 Questions Segment
Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? I set my alarm to podcasts and listen to motivational speakers and I try to start my morning with really positive words. Also, deciding that today is going to be a great day and being intentional about making it a great day has been really impactful for me and my daughter.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? Doing something that you really enjoy and doing it well.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? I think happiness is a choice, we decide every day whether or not we are going to be happy.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? I wish I had known how much more I was capable of, because it would have given me more confidence.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today?  Balance and being able to unplug from our devices and have meaningful interactions.
