Specific, Measurable, Attainable. Realistic, Timely



SMART goals allow you to manage roles and responsibilities, as well as expectations of yourself and others.   Without them, conflict will arise more quickly.



Goldilocks Principle - Not too hard, not too easy, just right.



Assessments and feedback loops are important to teams reaching their full potential.



Adjust for those on the team who “drag” the system and realize that often the drag has to do with the bigger story, not just our personal small story.



Lim Facs- Limiting Factors – what disturbances are you likely to run into?



Role Definitions and Hierarchy. Power is a means to the end, not the end and often people get hung up on hierarchy as a power trip rather than as a way to build clearly defined dream teams.
