What a gem

This podcast combines that feeling of staying up too late reading books, the perfect sleepover, and fondly goofing on things with your friends. Cannot recommend enough!

I am one of the librarian listeners (and I work with teens!) so it makes me really happy to hear two people be kind to teens bc oh boy what a shot show amirite?

Funny, and oddly soothing

I love this podcast! I came to it because while I’m interested in YA horror, I actually haven’t read many of the era they focus on, which means I can relax and bask in the great friendship chemistry instead of stressing out about if we disagree (I don’t know, I just get stressed when I’m listening to something I know about and can’t respond with my viewpoint.) It’s lovely to hear their friendship blossom, they are truly hilarious, and they go on the best tangents, funny or serious. I still crack up thinking about that time they googled how balls work, and their political/personal asides have made me feel less alone. I listen to this show to fall asleep, and rewind in the morning to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Now that I’m all caught up, need to check if that voicemail is still working and tell y’all how I took a sock puppet to prom. Love what you’re doing, keep it creepy!
