The Retail Doc knows his stuff!

Guest Richard Shapiro on "Creating Human Connection" said "My father viewed his store as an extension of his home" where every customer was welcomed as a person first and a customer second. This resonated with me, as I worked retail for a long time.

This is typical of Bob's viewpoint and it shows in his guests. The most successful retailers make their customers feel important - they make them feel that they really want to improve (customers') lives.
