It's the Cat's Meow

I just listened to Episode 10 with Cat Gwynn. It was raw, personal, honest and worth the time to listen. I loved the "pairings" in the middle with it's humor and insight. I also think she gives a very powerful perspective on how to deal with pain and suffering. Looking forward to listening to the others.

Learning, growing, transforming, sharing

Alex Stein’s guests tell compelling stories of their personal growth and transformation. The conversations are intimate, creating a feeling of being in the room with the person talking.
With each episode, I’ve learned something new. Stein guides the interviews with a light touch, a dose of kindness and a sprinkle of his trademark humor. He makes it seem effortless.

People are FASCINATING

Alex M. Stein's guests are eclectic and fascinating. Of course, every human is fascinating if you take the time to tap into what makes them tick. Because Stein is very good at this, he is able to highlight the whole person, from what's mundane to extraordinary about them. I highly recommend this podcast!
