Podcast host and TAJF Board Member Pete Gallego talks to Randy Chapman, former director of Texas Legal Services Center. Chapman has a deep commitment and passion for the cause of justice, and is known for his creative approaches to legal aid challenges and funding. Although he 'retired' in 2017 after more than 43 years of providing access to justice for the poor, he remains active and passionate in ensuring those who need legal help can find it.
