Thank you!

Your content has helped me so much!!! I was a person that thought there was nothing wrong with me till everybody I knew and loved have kept telling me. Than I took the time to listen to them admit it. Now I’m a fan and I listen to it faithfully in my car, AirPods, or radio at home. I normally listen to music but this is now on everything I listen to. And it’s helped.
Sincerely, a new fan/listener

Lauren RP ,

just started listening & i can’t wait to hear more.

i’m huge into personal development, but after a fight with my boyfriend I wanted to go a different route with it. Over the last couple years my anger has definitely gotten better, but I still have moments and weeks at a time where I have a very short fuse, with my boyfriend & with my family. i don’t ever want my attitude to be a reason for people to dislike me, esp when it’s something i realize within myself & i know i have the power to take control of. so i searched “anger” on apple podcasts & this popped up. i definitely like that the episodes are shorter. i like how real he is about his own anger issues. i’m definitely going to keep listening & cant wait for more!

Saving my marriage and family!

I came across this when I needed it most. I need to change how I spend my days yelling and trying to control everything.
