It certainly has been a minute and a half. In our personal lives, we’ve each been through so much that it’s been a bit difficult to release episodes regularly. But that hasn’t stopped us from recording! With that said, now that time allows, we will be releasing a few archived episodes from the back of the freezer for your listening pleasure. Disclaimer: some of these were recorded back in July 2023 and may appear “outdated”. Nevertheless, we hope you enjoy!

 

The first installment thawed out from the freezer - The Sit-down – addresses the topic of beef. Some people want beef when they look like steak; some people want their beef medium rare and others prefer smoked or well-done.
