Can’t believe 98.9 WCLZ made it to the show!
WCLZ to me is like CFNY-FM was to RUSH in the 70’s & 80’s and inspired their song “Spirit of Radio” Rush is lamenting the loss of the true spirit of FM radio before it was commercialized. Back in the day, put the headphones on, roll thru the channels, (and THAT is what we did “Roll thru the channels” to tune in a station) and listen to those deep voice late night FM DJ’s play their own albums on some tangent subject.

Now, I can consult the Oracle (Google!) and read the words (No way! That’s what they were really singing?), discover the poetry, and get the back story.
