Ian spent a decade in copier sales prior to spending the last 9 years where he consistently crushed his numbers and lead to many years as the #1 Enterprise rep and for multiple years was a million dollar earner at Salesforce.

    All of this success took its toll on Ian, as he wrapped much of his self-worth up into his job, leading to issues with addiction, and caused him to almost lose his family. Ian shared many of the lessons he learned from his success and struggles in today’s episode.
