#050 Episode 50 is here can you believe it!! I am so excited to be sharing my 50th episode of Kickass Every Day with you. Yeah baby! Since this is a milestone I really wanted to make sure it was meaningful and beneficial to anyone who listened. That it would further your understanding of personal development and advance the world of personal development as a whole. 
If you were to Google ‘principles of personal development’ (like I did) all kinds of things come up. And this is one of the reasons that I have made it my life’s vision and really mission to bring clarity and organization to the personal development world.  So my top 5 principles, to me are really the core building blocks if you will of personal development. The foundation of so many others. 
So the goal of this 50th episode is to share with you my top 5 principles of personal development in the hopes of giving you a good foundation for practicing it.
We'll talk about- The reason why I chose these principles, the 5 principles, a little bit about each one of them, what applying these principles to the 6 areas of personal development that I focus on will do for you
