Customer Reviews
Definitely Millennial Material
Gen X here and this isn’t a Gen X issue as another reviewer guessed. There’s definitely that gap where they don’t put themselves in the time when the show was created and a lot of points in the show and titles (which were common phrases or made sense at the time) are just lost on them. It isn’t personal, I have this issue with a lot of movie/tv podcasts with Millennial hosts.
I do like their personalities and I love some crude chatter so I will turn this on from time to time for an easy listen.
I find they don’t like most episodes very much which is probably the point of the show. I spot listen a bit and haven’t made my way through the whole list though.
Once you get used to style, its good!
It took some getting used to especiallly since Im not generallt interested in explicit podcasts, but once you relax and focus on the main points of what each is saying, theres interesting analysis.Don't come here for highly accurate information and highly professional language. But for some interesting Zone talk, I think if you stay, youll learn.
In contrast to pilotbobc 🤔
I think it’s expecting a lot of the younger podcast reviewers of a 60 year old show to know every detail as I think they are really just trying to give their opinions and perspectives. Frankly, I’m just glad that there are younger people who are interested in this old show albeit a gem in our opinion given all they have to choose from on tv/movies/streaming services today 🤷♀️(I can’t get my son to watch it , even the ones relative to todays topics)
So maybe give them some credit for keeping Tz relative to some of their peers who may now give it a try if they think it’s like black mirror 😁
Keep on reviewing guys 👍
